Shipping

Please note that all items are made by hand to order and we currently have a turnaround period of up to 4-5 weeks. However, we do aim to make and dispatch orders as soon as possible and you shall be notified by email once your order has been dispatched. Please note that should a delay occur in processing your order then you shall also be notified via email as soon as possible.

Shipping to the UK & Ireland

Domestic shipping within the UK & Ireland is complementary and domestic orders are shipped with Royal Mail’s tracked service.

Customers outside of the UK

We charge a fee of £25 per order for international tracked shipping. Please note that all orders are shipped from the UK and shipments being received outside of the UK may incur import/customs fees. Duties and taxes are the customer's sole responsibility and we cannot cover these fees on your behalf.

Order tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email which will allow you to track your shipment via our courier’s website.


Returns Policy

Please note that all items are made by hand to order and we do not accept returns on any items except under exceptional circumstances.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition as received. Items being returned must be unworn/unused and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase will also be required to return your item(s).

To request a return please get in touch with us at monaghanmori@gmail.com. If your return request is successful, we will provide you with further instructions on how to complete your return. We cannot accept returned items that have not been communicated to us before their return.

Damaged / Faulty Items
We kindly ask that you inspect your item(s) upon receipt and contact us as soon as possible if the item appears to be faulty or damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can rectify the situation.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please note that bespoke items. cannot be returned. If you have questions or concerns about a bespoke item, then please reach out to us directly at monaghanmori@gmail.com.

Refunds
Once an item has been received, we shall inspect the item and inform you via email if the refund has been approved. If your refund request has been successful, you will be refunded back to your original payment method. Please note that refund processing times can vary depending on your bank/credit provider.
